System Requirements

  • A PC running Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP/Vista
  • Minimum Pentium II 400Mhz, 64MB RAM
  • 7MB of free disk space
  • A broadband Internet connection
  • A headset with speaker and microphone or a USB Handset. You can use normal speakers and a microphone, but the sound quality will not be as good as with a headset or handset.

How do I download Firefly?

To download Firefly, click the link above. You may be prompted to save the file to your computer - choose to do so. As it can be very easy to forget where you've put a downloaded file, select the Desktop from the Save in dropdown box, which is usually at the top of the download window.

How do I install Firefly on to my computer?

  1. Once the download has completed, you may be given the choice to Open the download. Click Open to start the Firefly installer.
  2. If you are not given this choice, find your way back to the Desktop and double click the icon for firefly3.exe
  3. Follow the prompts to install the Firefly software.
  4. Enter your Freshtel phone number and password when prompted. Check your email to receive your password.
  5. You are now ready to use Firefly!
